Shipping Policy

Shipping: 

USPS is experiencing major delays in shipping due to an increase in volume. We are seeing orders being delivered way later than usual, and not being scanned at all until delivery. We have seen that almost all orders are being delivered, it just may take longer than normal. 

All purchases will be processed and shipped out within 2 days of your order. You will receive an email notifying you when your purchase has been shipped. We ship all US orders through USPS, and you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days. 

If your package is lost in transit please email us at peachesbyem@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete, if your package could not be located we will reship your items. If the items are no longer available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact USPS directly if your items are not delivered on time.
